KTV Series – Submersible Portable Drainage & Slurry Pumps (Manual)
Lightweight portable slurry and draining pumping for construction, mining, and confined spaces
Drainage Version
The KTV-series is a submersible three-phase portable drainage pump. Though it is a three-phase unit, the pump is designed to weigh lighter for portability, yet it can be used for pumping liquid found in ordinary construction and foundation works. The top discharge, side flow design assures efficient motor cooling even when it operates with its motor exposed to air. The slim design allows the pump to be placed in a confined space.
| Discharge Bore(mm) | 50 – 80 (100) |
|---|---|
| Motor Output(kW) | 0.75 – 5.5 |
Slurry Version
The KTV-series of slurry-handling type is a submersible three-phase portable slurry pump. It is equipped with an agitator that assists smooth suction of the settled matters.
| Discharge Bore(mm) | 50 – 80 (100) |
|---|---|
| Motor Output(kW) | 2 – 3 |
Features
- Compact and lightweight due to being constructed from die-casted aluminium alloy and synthetic rubber
- Equipped with a protection plant to prevent oil casing damage
- Tsurumi’s exclusive oil lifter device, and dual silicon carbide mechanical seals
- Anti-wicking cable entry system prevents water ingress, protecting internal components
- Top discharge, side flow design channels liquid around the motor to provide cooling, enabling reliable low-water-level operation over extended periods
- Slurry version: Ductile cast iron agitator breaking up settled sludge and keeping solids in suspension
